How Students Are Selected
Participants join through nomination by partner youth organisations. Whether you're a potential participant or an organisation interested in partnership, find out how to connect.
How Participants Are Selected
Seeds of Hope works through a partnership model with youth organisations across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and the UK. Here's how the selection process works:
1. Partner organisations identify young leaders within their networks who demonstrate commitment to their communities and potential for growth.
2. Representatives attend residential orientation at Corrymeela to understand the programme and its values.
3. Partners nominate committed young people who are ready for a 12-month peace leadership journey.
4. Year-long mentorship support is provided by both Seeds of Hope and the nominating organisation.
